Spiti Corfu Guest Care is a family-run property care and guest management business built on trust, reliability and genuine local knowledge.
Founded by Corfu-born multi-tradesman Spiro, the business combines the high standards of customer service developed through many years living and working in the UK with the local knowledge and personal connections that come from being born and raised on the island.
After moving to London in 2010, Spiro has built over 16 years of professional experience in property maintenance, repairs and home improvements. He is an NVQ-qualified tiler, a qualified F-Gas air conditioning engineer, and an experienced multi-tradesman with expertise in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, stone masonry and marble work. His extensive experience allows Spiti Corfu Guest Care to offer everything from routine property inspections and maintenance to specialist repairs and air conditioning servicing, providing owners with a reliable, all-in-one property care solution.

Yes. We are fully insured for the services we provide, giving property owners complete peace of mind.
Can you manage guest arrivals and departures?
Absolutely. We can professionally manage both guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring your guests receive a warm welcome while your property is prepared and inspected before and after every stay.
Do you provide emergency call-outs?
Yes. We offer a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week emergency call-out service for our managed properties, providing prompt assistance whenever unexpected issues arise.
Can you arrange cleaning and laundry?
Yes. All property cleaning is carried out by our team, while laundry and linen services are professionally coordinated by us in partnership with our trusted local linen supplier, ensuring every property is prepared to a high standard for each guest.
Can overseas owners trust you with keyholding?
Absolutely. Security is one of our highest priorities. All property keys are stored securely in a locked key safe and are never left at the property or inside our vehicles. Where appropriate, we can also arrange for secure key code locks to be professionally installed at your property, providing additional convenience and security.
